As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering the legendary Sonic experience — whether you're working the drive-thru or crafting delicious food in the kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist drive-thru customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the drive-thru system
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to Sonic's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and drive-thru work area
- Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and blenders safely and efficiently
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy at the drive-thru window
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth service throughout each shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or meet local minimum age requirements)
