About the Role:
Join the team at Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ, where fast food meets fun! We're looking for energetic and motivated Crew Members to keep our drive-thru and kitchen running smoothly. If you love a fast-paced environment and great team vibes, this is the place for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve drive-thru customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to Sonic's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and drive-thru work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — we'll train the right candidate!
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years of age (varies by location)
