About the Role:
Join the team at Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ, where fast food meets fun! We're looking for energetic and motivated individuals to fill Crew Leader or Crew Member positions and help deliver the legendary Sonic experience to every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Sonic's quality standards
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to drive-in and walk-up customers
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, stalls, and dining areas
- Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times
- (Crew Leader) Assist in supervising and guiding crew members during shifts
- (Crew Leader) Support management in ensuring smooth daily operations and team performance
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — we will train the right candidates!
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Crew Leader candidates should have prior food service or leadership experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
