About the Role:
Join the crew at Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ, where speed, flavor, and fun come together! We're looking for energetic Line Cooks and Drive Thru team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering great food with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to Sonic's quality and recipe standards
- Operate drive thru window, taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and workstation
- Handle food prep tasks including slicing, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Provide fast, friendly customer service during every interaction
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume rush periods
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — we will train the right candidates!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy food service environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet minimum age requirements for the position
